Make this rich, creamy, no-bake brownie batter dip in five minutes. It tastes like raw brownie batter but is completely safe to eat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (plus more for topping)

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder to the bowl. Mix on low speed until just combined.
  3. Pour in the milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat on medium speed until the dip is completely smooth and fudgy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips using a spatula.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Sprinkle extra mini chocolate chips on top.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers.

Notes

  • For dipping, use graham crackers, pretzels, vanilla wafers, strawberries, or apple slices.
  • To make a healthier variation, substitute the powdered sugar with 1/3 cup maple syrup and use 1/2 cup Greek yogurt instead of half the cream cheese. You can also replace some flour content with almond flour if using a boxed mix base.
  • This dip is best eaten the day it is made for the best texture.
