1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
In a small bowl, combine diced cherry tomatoes, red onion, minced garlic, and fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper.
