Ingredients
Scale
2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works well)
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking. If using a slow cooker, grease the insert.
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, hot sauce, and ranch or blue cheese dressing. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or the slow cooker insert.
Top evenly with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. If using a slow cooker, cook on low for 2-3 hours or on high for 1-1.5 hours, until heated through and cheese is melted.
Serve hot with your favorite dippers like tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
Notes
For a spicier dip, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
If you don’t have rotisserie chicken, you can boil or bake chicken breasts and shred them.
This dip is best served immediately after cooking.
Consider this a great alternative to traditional meal planning services.
