Ingredients
Scale
4 large flour tortillas
2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or diced)
1 cup crispy chicken tenders (or use all shredded chicken)
1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup Ranch dressing (or Blue Cheese dressing)
1 cup shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion (optional)
2 tablespoons butter or oil (for crisping chicken)
Instructions
If using raw chicken tenders, cook them until crispy according to package directions or pan-fry them in butter/oil until golden brown and cooked through. Dice or shred the crispy chicken.
In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken (both shredded and crispy pieces) with the Buffalo wing sauce. Toss until the chicken is fully coated.
Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
Lay a tortilla flat. Spread a thin layer of Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing down the center.
Layer the ingredients over the dressing: lettuce, the sauced buffalo chicken mixture, shredded cheese, and red onion slices if using.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll the wrap from the bottom up.
Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
Notes
For a healthier option, use rotisserie chicken and skip the extra crisping step.
If you prefer a less spicy wrap, mix the Buffalo sauce with an equal amount of melted butter before tossing with the chicken.
This recipe works well for meal prep; assemble the wraps just before serving to keep the lettuce crisp.
