1 gallon cranberry juice
1 quart pineapple juice
1 quart orange juice
1 liter ginger ale, chilled
1 cup white rum or vodka (optional)
Orange slices for garnish
Fresh cranberries for garnish
Instructions
In a large punch bowl, combine the cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and orange juice.
If using, stir in the white rum or vodka.
Just before serving, gently pour in the chilled ginger ale.
Add ice to the punch bowl.
Garnish with orange slices and fresh cranberries.
Ladle into cups and serve immediately.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum or vodka.
You can prepare the juice mixture ahead of time and chill it. Add the ginger ale and ice just before guests arrive to keep it fizzy.
