A simple and delicious cinnamon roll casserole perfect for brunch or breakfast, made with canned dough and a sweet icing drizzle.

  • 1 (12.2 ounce) can refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Separate the cinnamon rolls and place them in the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls in the baking dish.
  4. Cover the dish and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is set and lightly golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Drizzle the reserved icing over the warm casserole.
  9. Serve immediately.
