1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup chopped green olives (pitted)
1/2 cup olive brine
2 oz gin (optional)

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, half of the blue cheese, sour cream, chopped olives, olive brine, gin (if using), and garlic powder.
