Make this simple, creamy baked Caesar chicken for a quick weeknight dinner. Chicken breasts bake in a rich sauce of Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lighter option)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: 1/4 cup breadcrumbs or panko for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise (or yogurt), garlic powder, pepper, and salt until smooth. This is your creamy sauce.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
  4. Spoon the creamy Caesar mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast, spreading it to cover completely.
  5. If using, sprinkle the breadcrumbs or panko evenly over the sauce layer.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius) and the topping is golden brown.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a one-pan meal, add asparagus spears or broccoli florets to the baking dish around the chicken before baking.
  • If you want extra flavor, briefly sear the chicken in a hot skillet for 2 minutes per side before coating and baking.
  • Serve this creamy Caesar chicken over pasta, rice, or alongside a fresh green salad.
