1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Place the softened cream cheese into a large bowl. Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until it is smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder to the cream cheese, mixing on low speed until just combined.
Pour in the milk and vanilla extract. Increase the mixer speed to medium-high and beat until the dip is completely smooth, light, and fluffy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
