  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
  • 1 package (8.5 oz) Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the drained corn, creamed corn, Jiffy cornbread mix, sour cream, melted butter, and eggs.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
