1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Place the shredded imitation crab meat in a medium bowl.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Old Bay seasoning until smooth.
Add the chopped celery and fresh dill (if using) to the dressing mixture and stir to combine.
Pour the dressing over the crab meat. Gently fold the ingredients together until everything is evenly coated. Avoid overmixing to keep the texture flaky.
Taste the salad and add salt and pepper as needed.
