Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  2. Slowly drizzle in the neutral oil, whisking constantly, until the mixture begins to emulsify and thicken.
  3. Continue to slowly drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil while continuing to whisk until the aioli is thick and creamy.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to your preference.
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
