  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Place the trimmed green beans in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat them evenly.
  3. Add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Toss again until the beans are well seasoned.
  4. Spread the green beans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until the beans are tender-crisp.
  6. Remove the pan from the oven. Immediately sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot beans and toss gently to melt and coat.
