Ingredients
Scale
1 (12 count) package Hawaiian sweet rolls
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
12 slices deli ham
12 slices Swiss cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the Hawaiian sweet rolls in half horizontally.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the bottom halves of the rolls on a baking sheet.
Layer 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese on each bottom half.
Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
Brush the buttery mustard mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
Cover the baking sheet tightly with foil.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
For easy serving, use a serrated knife to cut through the entire block of sliders at once.
Notes
These sliders can be assembled up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerated. Bake as directed, adding a few extra minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the butter mixture.
You can substitute cheddar cheese or provolone for the Swiss cheese if desired.
