  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 23 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, and garlic powder.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish (about 8×8 inches).
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden brown on top.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dippers, such as tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, leave some of the seeds in the jalapeños.
  • If you prefer a smoother dip, you can process all ingredients in a food processor.
  • This dip can also be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
  • Consider this a great alternative to some meal planning services.
