This is the ultimate no-bake peanut butter pretzel bark. You get the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and crunchy using simple pantry items. This easy pretzel bark recipe comes together fast and is great for gifting or quick snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts (optional, for extra crunch)
  • Sea salt flakes (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set this aside.
  2. Combine the white chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the mixture is completely smooth and melted.
  3. Gently fold the mini pretzels and salted peanuts, if using, into the peanut butter and chocolate mixture. Mix until all the pretzels are coated.
  4. Pour the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it into an even layer. You can leave some pretzels exposed on top for texture.
  5. Refrigerate the bark for 2 to 3 hours, or until it is completely firm.
  6. Once set, break the bark into pieces of your desired size. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes before serving, if desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • For maximum crunch, avoid crushing the pretzels into fine crumbs; aim for small chunks.
  • If you want a variation, you can drizzle melted dark chocolate or caramel over the top before chilling.
  • This recipe is a fast, no bake peanut butter dessert that requires minimal effort.
