  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and minced garlic.
  3. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and browned, flipping halfway through.
