1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the thawed and squeezed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic.
Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
Stir everything together until well combined and creamy.
Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and lightly golden on top.

Notes
For an extra cheesy topping, you can sprinkle a little more mozzarella cheese on top before baking.
This dip can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated. Add a few extra minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
