A comforting and easy tuna noodle casserole recipe, perfect for a family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) package frozen peas, thawed
  • 2 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and onion.
  3. Stir in the drained tuna and thawed peas.
  4. Add the cooked egg noodles and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Top evenly with the crushed potato chips.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly and the topping is golden brown.

Notes

  • For a creamier casserole, you can add a splash of heavy cream.
  • You can substitute cream of celery soup for cream of mushroom soup if preferred.
  • Add a pinch of black pepper for extra flavor.
